Refunds & Cancellations

Sealed Product (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Packs): Due to the nature of the TCG market and to maintain the absolute integrity of our inventory, all sales of sealed products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed items once they have been dispatched from our facility. In the rare event a return is authorized by management, the item must be returned in its original, untampered factory shrink-wrap/seal. Any item that has been opened, resealed, or has a compromised factory seal is strictly ineligible for a refund.

Singles & Graded Artifacts: Individual cards and graded "slabs" are sold "As-Is" based on the high-resolution photography and grading descriptions provided. For any authorized return of a single card or slab, the security seal on the individual top-loader or "Tamper-Evident" sleeve must remain intact. If the security seal is broken or shows signs of tampering, the return will be rejected.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email tyler@shopthemerchantvault.com immediately. Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by the shop.

Return Shipping: If a return is authorized by management, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
