Shipping & Handling

At The Merchant Vault, we treat every item as a relic. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS and UPS to ensure reliable tracking from our vault to yours.

The Sentry Signature: To ensure the security of high-end artifacts, all orders exceeding $250.00 will require a physical signature upon delivery.

Damages & Claims: The Merchant Vault is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International "Guild" members should contact us directly at tyler@shopthemerchantvault.com for custom shipping quotes.
